Security

Access to our facility is carefully monitored and under full control of our technical personnel. They are assisted by video cameras, card access and the latest fingerprint recognition security system for rapid and accurate authentication and verification of authorized personnel. In addition, we employ a fire suppression system with inergen to extinguish any fire without damaging electronic equipment, thus protecting valuable information and physical assets.

Redundancy

In the event a disaster should occur, such as an equipment malfunction, power failure or natural disaster, our systems are backed up with power redundancies supported by dual power feeds from local utilities, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) on each circuit and multiple diesel generators with nearly endless back up capabilities. We have made every effort to assure that power will never be interrupted and data will never be lost. Furthermore, our telephony system has a triple redundancy and we utilize multiple phone service providers to make sure calls always get through. We have also contracted multiple network providers to prevent signals from being interrupted or lost.
