Marlin Central Monitoring Merges with Security Networks to Expand Their Funding Programs and Bring More Video Platforms in Support of their Dealer Network

Earlier this year, Security Networks, LLC acquired Marlin Central Monitoring to continue the facilities growth structure in wholesale monitoring. Marlin will retain the name, staff and facility and will increase it's staff and technical infrastructure to continue with programs that support their current and prospective dealers in the security and integration markets.

Marlin has continued to add more video platforms, for video alarm verification and video guard tours, to incorporate IP addressable cameras with built in 2-way voice capabilities for monitoring and now supporting DVR's such as Electronics Line, Dedicated Micros, Geo Vision, General Solutions, MACE, March Networks and DigiNet just to name a few. This is the direction of the industry for Security Dealers and high-end Integrators states Mr. Brannon of Marlin Central Monitoring who has stayed on after the acquisition from President to VP of Business Development.

Security Networks financial capabilites has added a new demension of direct Funding Programs for bulk acquistions as well as on-going installed accounts for Marlin's Dealers. Security Networks will also do loans for its dealers, using their current recurring revenue from monitored accounts as the collateral, in the range of $50,000 to $500,000. No one else in the industry handles this financial range for their dealers and we believe their is a huge market to help the smaller dealer compete and facilitate the growth of the independent dealers business states Richard Perry of Security Networks.
